Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, trade, and — where you give them — your business name, email address, service area and message. We also record the date and time, your IP address, the country your request came from, and the advertising parameters in the link you arrived through (which ad and campaign brought you here).
Why we collect it
To contact you about your enquiry, to work out whether we have or could build something that suits your trade and area, and to measure which advertising is working. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Consent to be contacted
By ticking the consent box you agree to us contacting you about this enquiry by phone, SMS or email. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing us, and we will stop. Any commercial electronic message we send you will identify us and include a working unsubscribe facility, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data may be held on servers outside Australia. A notification email is sent to our operator containing the details you submitted, so that we can respond to you.
Spam and abuse protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sends your IP address and limited browser information to Cloudflare when the page loads in order to tell a person from an automated script.
Automated submission checks
The form contains a hidden field that is never shown to you and that only automated submissions fill in. If it is completed, we discard the submission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you about the opportunity, and for up to two years afterwards so we can recognise you if you come back. Ask us to delete your record earlier and we will.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it, by emailing raj@artigellence.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
