Who owns the website?
We do. We built it, we rank it, and we keep running it. You're not buying a website and you're not taking on a site to maintain — you're getting the enquiries it produces.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee, agreed in writing before you start, with the first 15 days free. It never changes with how many jobs you win and we never take a share of a job. We'll give you the number on the call, once we know your trade and area.
What happens after the 15 days?
If it's working, we agree a start date and the fee begins from there. If it isn't, we shake hands and stop. There's no charge for the trial period either way.
Are the calls recorded?
Calls to the tracked number are recorded, and every caller hears an automated notice saying so before they speak to you. That's a legal requirement, not an option, and it applies everywhere in Australia.
Is this SEO you're selling me?
No. You're not paying us to work on your website, and there's nothing for you to approve or review. The ranking is our problem. You get the phone calls.
